LGBT and Queer Affirmative Therapy
LGBTQ affirmative therapy provides cultural context for an individual who functions as a minority in a heteronormative society. This approach addresses the impact homophobia, bi-phobia, transphobia, and heterosexism have on the lives of LGBTQ clients. LGBTQ affirmative therapy provides a safe space to process one's own internalization of these negative messages in a safe space.
I value creating a safe and accepting space to share your story and explore your thoughts and feelings, free of judgment and imposed values or beliefs.

Case Management
Case Management is designed for individuals living with a mental health diagnosis. The Case Management is primarily a concierge service and visits consist of individualized activities, activities of daily living, administrative tasks (and the like) with the goal of helping clients learn the skills and tools needed to increase functioning and lead emotionally balanced and fulfilling lives. In this experience, client can expect to take part in individualized one-to-one sessions with me. The treatment plan is determined and customized based on the need of the client and/or their family. Plans typically include 1-5 visits per week and last anywhere from 1 - 3 hours each. This is customized service and might require a "needs assessment" and bio-psycho-social assessment. Often times, first few sessions are dedicated to a full assessment and then treatment planning, which includes developing goals, objectives to said goals and discussion on how the client and therapist will participate as a collaborative team.

Clinical Supervision for ACSW/MFT intern
The purpose of my supervision is to enhance the ASW/MFT intern professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes in order to achieve competency in providing quality patient care. This type of supervision establishes a learning alliance between the supervisor and supervisee in which the supervisee learns therapeutic skills while developing self-awareness at the same time.
